Autumn 2009
Hi, and welcome back
to Pitstop – we hope you’ve all had a great summer
and are raring to go! We’ve got an action packed programme
for you this term, and will be looking forward to meeting in the
‘revamped’ Cavern. Until the building work is complete,
we will do our best to find alternative venues – probably
in the church. We hope you can bear with us in the meantime. Unless
you hear otherwise – meet as usual at St Johns at 7:00pm.
This
term we will be looking at various themes along the lines set
out below, and our socials will be ‘challenge’ based.
Just after half term we will again be helping to pack shoeboxes
for Operation Christmas Child, so do save any boxes you have and
any gifts which might be appropriate to go inside such as toys,
gloves, hats, toothbrushes and paste, etc. As you know, Pitstop
is also about building friendships and having fun – we’ve
LOTS of socials this term – so why not invite a friend??
